Lawrence, you get amazing range. I wish I could get range like that. Although I have to admit it's rare that I take it further than about 10 miles on the freeway. The majority is on hilly, stop & go city streets where I get closer to 2.5 to 3.5 miles / kwh. Out of curiosity, what metrics do you get in stop & go?

Subject: [EVDL] A couple of Leaf observations.

I now use Leaf Spy to see when I am at 97.3% of charge. I know it's balancing but it doesn't seem to hurt much giving up that last hour and a half of charging. I did a 90 mile run on one charge and still had a couple of bars left. Seems the sweet spot for freeway speed and not pissing a lot of people off is 4 to 6 miles per kw. That all goes out the window when climbing hills. However if I keep the blue energy balls under 3 I get best speed and energy consumption. Lawrence Rhodes
