A loose board seeming to be a power supply. A three prong connector with two prongs active (black and yellow) not connected and the board just sitting loose behind the main board. Something must have happened to loosen the board and for some reason the plug was disconnected. I suspect it is 120vac to run the board. The other side of the board was plugged in. It would be interesting to see how that board is mounted in other ICS-200's If someone could open theirs to see how things should be I'd appreciate it.
