Just realized I could get a photo of one using Google Maps street view.
Its not clear in this photo, but you can see where it is above the bag

If it is a standard 120v outlet, then it must be 120v.

Of course one must ask.  But all other Baltimore City charging is free.  I
was more enamoured with the engineering challenge of figuring out how to
reach it than probably actually using it.   Bob
