Tesla has been pretty successful in getting hotels and motels signed up with their Destination Charging program. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that helps with other EVs since the charger is often a Tesla High Power Wall Charger (HPWC) that has a Tesla specific cord end. On a Tesla, the Destination Charging stations are on the navigation map. Boise, ID (not exactly the center of the EV universe) has two hotels with charging on the Tesla map.
