After checking for any announcements on the 1st Tesla-3 or for an update on its handover-party, I *updated my original post subject for better clarity. Since the U.S. Fed Gov gave approval early, Musk tweeted they could start producing Tesla-3 EVs, with serial-number 1 (SN1) happening on Friday, 7/7/2017. But the 1st-30 pre-order customers' handover-party with still be at the end of the month 7/28/2017 (when the 1st 30 Tesla-3 EVs will be delivered).
