From previous messages I think he is in Temple, TX. If there are any EV
events in the vicinity you would probably find him attending. You could
also e-mail and ask about contacting him. I don't know how much
socializing he does, other than to promote EVs.

Yes, Texas may be a difficult adjustment but I know there are at
least a few EVs he will discover as he wanders the wilderness.
