I've been considering trying one of the mini-split units in my truck. My electric heater core doesn't supply enough heat in the winter, and it's looking like having air conditioning is going to be more important as time goes on. I admit to not wanting to spend $1800 to do an experiment like that, so have been considering some of the much cheaper units on Ebay (and Amazon).f Haven't been able to figure out which ones absolutely require AC though. My 300+ volt DC pack should be able to power one - IF it doesn't absolutely require AC. -- Try my Sensible Email package! https://sourceforge.net/projects/sensibleemail/ _______________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE: http://www.evdl.org/help/index.html#usub http://lists.evdl.org/listinfo.cgi/ev-evdl.org Please discuss EV drag racing at NEDRA (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NEDRA)
