Aha; there it is! :-)
Looks almost exactly like Joel Davidson's Wrightspeed recumbent trike
with a PV panel, which he built and used a lot in the 90's. His panel
was also tiltable, to better face the sun when parked, and keep the wind
from tipping it over.
