There *can't* be one for the 2001-2019 Prius with nimh packs. They
physically don't have any connections to the individual cells. All
they have are connections to every *pair* of modules (i.e. 14 voltages
for a 28-module pack that has 168 cells total.
But, one may be possible for a Plug-In Prius with a lithium pack.
Lithium requires that every cell be monitored (for safety). So the
voltages are being measured; it's just a question of how you get the
Prius computers to tell you what they are.
