I am NOT suggesting that she is the same as her late husband, and this bill may 
be good, but be VERY careful in assessing this.

In the 80’s, John Dingell was an author of the Dingell- Luken bill, which would 
have gutted the Clean Air Act.

Subsequent to that, he successfully pressed EPA to renege on the provisions of 
a Clean Air Act citizen suit settlement agreement that EPA had signed.

I don’t know if this bill is good or weak, but be very careful!
