I haven’t heard of this company, but I wonder if they will be able to use the name Fenix without a copyright problem. Garmin (GPS devices) has a series of GPS running watches that use the same name and spelling (FĒNIX).
Also, the lease/service fee they are proposing is about $99 a month plus installation. Originally, in some markets new Leafs - the entire vehicle - could be leased for $99 a month. I guess whether it is worth paying $99 a month to keep an older EV running depends on how in love one is with the tech when it was built.
