The Chevy Bolt is EPA rated for 238 miles with a 60kwh battery, that works out to 252 wh/mile.
Note: the EPA rating assumes you will be using the heater/AC. During the spring/fall I routinely get 230-235 wh/mile driving at 55-65 mph. This is, of course, from the battery and not the outlet.
