Not without a LOT of work. You'd need to replace the input port, add the high voltage cabling, the contactors, etc. and then replace the computer to allow the port to work, probably have to replace the wiring harness to get the extra canbus connector(s) (or splice them in)
By the way, DC fast charging is listed as an option to the LT, pretty sure the dealers are lying to you.
