I don't know the cost penalty of a new EV in Brazil but factory EVs have dealt a death blow to conversions in the US. There are thousands, perhaps 10s of thousands, of abandoned conversions in the US. For pretty good reasons. The maintenance of conversions has proven to be nightmarish. Each one is at least a little different. There are essentially no professional conversion repair shops. Very much DIY. You may well have more talent/skill than the average US conversion owner. But, maybe not.

Conversions have proven to be hobbies rather than sources of cost effective, reliable transportation. Factory EVs have proven to be far more cost effective. Even the horrible ones like Leaf.

Consider the mileages achieved by conversions in the US. In the old lead days, as many as 10k miles was very rare. With newer lithium conversions, probably up to 20-30k miles. Put another way: conversions are almost certainly abandoned before they hit 30k of EV miles.

My 2006 Hyundai probably had far higher miles than average for a conversion. 50k very painful miles but now dead in storage. Cost over $1/mile. My first Tesla is now down to about $.70/mile and still on the road piling up miles. Painless and reliable miles.

There is a vast amount of originally expensive conversion components available very cheap in the US. Of course, you won't find much in the way of good batteries but you might consider shopping in the US for other components.

Jukka, in Finland, had what seemed like a great idea a few years back. Make conversions standard and establish a chain of repair and conversion shops. "Do it right and repeat". I believe that effort failed but I don't know the details.
