I presume at that price it has no battery thermal management. That works ok in most of california. But probably not in super hot or cold climates. I would expect somewhere around 35 mile range at freezing temps. Maybe for a tiny bit more cost they can make it useful throughout the US.

That's pretty close to the imiev closeout pricing.  A bit slower with, perhaps, 
longer range.  I lament the passing of the imiev.  Perhaps if Kandi has some 
price wiggle room and has more battery capacity in the works I could be a 
customer.

BTW, I made my first in long while ~60+ mile trip in an imiev.  It used to make 
that trip with little sweat.  Typical recent trips have been 25-50 miles.  This 
time it barely made the 60+ miles even with very moderate speed.  I estimate a 
5-10% loss of battery capacity in ~20k miles.  FAR better than my early Leaf.  
I can live with the 60 mph K27 top speed especially for the local trips.
