That's pretty close; but it depends on the design of the particular cells you are talking about. There are dozens (perhaps hundreds) of different lithium cell formulations, each with slightly different characteristics. So you can't really express a number to 3 significant digits without knowing what make/model cell, its temperature, age, etc.

Maddening, isn't it? It's like saying you're sick if your temperature is over 98.6 deg.F. Except... That's only an *average* -- every person has a slightly different "normal" temperature. So what matters is if it is above *your* normal temperature.
