Hi Folks,

With all this discussion of bloated trucks/SUVs, I bought (to replace my
truck) a 5x8' Lowes Trailer, trimmed the rear gate even with the sides, put
in side boards and a Vise (for our volunteer weekend solar installation
escapades) - *much* nicer being able to put 4-5 folks in the Tesla or Bolt
or Leaf, hitch up the trailer with construction materials and go. It seems
like a more versatile combination than a separate truck
(maintenance/insurance) vehicle with a crammed cab, trailer is almost 0
maintenance. I also tow my 1480lb H20 ski boat (range cut in half) to the
lake with the Tesla-Y with 4-5 of my friends in (that I couldn't do with my
truck). I also do the same with the Bolt (etrailer.com hitch) although the
manual says no towing.

Have a renewable energy day,

Mark
