It's really sad that Rick Woodbury has never been able to get his Tango EV to market <www.commutercars.com>.

The only way to bring it to market is to either be a billionaire, or find a billion dollars worth of investors. But the investors don't want small inexpensive cars; they want you to build luxury sports cars.
