Uh ... no. While EVs are unquestionably a LOT more efficient than ICEVs,
I'm pretty sure that the upper limit of their efficiency range is less than
100 percent.
Correct, the author would have been more credible if he had said 70-90%
efficient. Well, he gets the point across and overall makes a convincing
statement for EVs.
