Why are they not secure links? Both of the browsers I use said that they
were unsecured links and potentially harmful. In this day of scams why
are links to EVDL not secure?

Note that they're http:// links. Make sure that your browser isn't
forcing
them to https:// links. I think that some mobile gadgets, and possibly
some
desktop/laptop browsers, do that by default.
