The Ford EV pickup sounds promising, but it looks like the usual "car disguised as a pickup", i.e. a crew cab with a short bed.
I like small pickups! I have a 2010 Chevy Colorado small pickup (the size of the earlier Chevy S10). It's a single cab and has a 6' bed which fits my slide-in camper.
