Hey Jim,

You are actually already in the club! You've been in there since we
first created it about 3 years ago.

http://www.nedra.com/125mph_club.html

We divided it into three Clubs - 100, 125 and 150

As of yet, we don't have a 175 mph Club. If someone breaks 175 I'll
put one up.

PS. Don't forget to check out the Speed Channel at 10:30 pm for Shawn
Lawless OJ dragster on "Speed Records"

Hi John,

You might know who I am from the EV list. I am trying to
get a local govmt agency to fund a couple of EVs for research and
maybe get a conversion business going. They have requested I get
some technology transfer (local is Chile, small southamerican
country very US oriented) so I am planning a trip to Oregon (aka
ev mecca) to meet you, Husted and Otmar.

I have to go to california next september, 12 and 13 to
be exact. I may be able to make a detour to meet you if you can.
Would you be interested? All I need is some time for a small
chat and, if possible, some help with directions to hotels and stuff.

Please let me know if you can help me, thanks.

sorry for the copy of that mail to Wayland I sent to the list.

it was not that private anyway, and I just as well make it public...

I am traveling to the US in september and plan to meet with
some of the members of the list. I extend the request/invitation
also to the rest of the members of the list. If you are interested
you can end up included in my research for technology transfer
I need to apply for tech-related grants from the government. I am
planing on visiting California and Oregon somewhere around sept 12.

Sorry for the oops and thanks for helping :)
