Hi,
I just translated the news that Hanno is release manager for Plone 4.
I had to search for the copyright holder of the picture of Hanno shown
here: http://plone.org/news/plone-4-release-manager-hanno-schlichting
It might be Denis Mishunov's foto right over here:

Sadly all rights are reserved and I don't have the email of denis at
hand to ask him, whether I can use his picture on zope.de, so I
resigned for now, which is not the best solution.
So I would like to propose a press release policy. Can you establish a
folder on plone.org which contains high resolution images of all
pictures used on plone.org which should be free for press purposes.
That would make life easiert for people who adopt news from plone.org
