This is a good list! Noting that in some cases, the distinction between item and copy may be intentional (a lot of tables still use copy, though most if the interface should use item).
Also, TPAC / BOOPAC / KPAC may similarly be intentional, though we want to make sure we're defining those when we use them. Another one I can think to add to the list is volume vs call number(s) vs holding(s).
