We're going to implement this along with a big staff account cleanup
project we'll be doing this year. One thing I noticed was that it blocks
expired staff from logging into the public OPAC too, whereas a regular
patron can still log into the public OPAC after their account expires.
(This may be our specific combination of settings, though, I haven't looked
at it deeply.)
