I think the issues with importing records are mostly fixed by the patch
for https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1947173
It may still be possible to get deadlocks. I have not thoroughly tested
this.

We held off on implementing Did You Mean locally due to some
other bugs
that have since been resolved, but that one still makes me hesitant.
