We implemented Did you mean with all available patches when we upgraded to
3.7 in early January. While the feature works well in the opac and we're
not seeing a difference in search performance, we are seeing deadlocks on
our postgres logs as described in bug 1931737
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1931737>.

Most days we see zero to ten deadlocks logged, prior to our upgrade, we saw
none. Since our upgrade there have been four days where the number has been
between 120 and 260. What our staff users see is that saving or overlaying
records can fail, and record loads report failures and need to be
reprocessed.
