There is a bug Launchpad for this issue:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1931737

Yes, you can disable the triggers for the "Did You Mean" feature while
running the batch ingest. See the attached script.

That being said, I don't think the indexes used by the "Did You Mean"
feature will be kept up to date during that ingest run, so you will need
to update them separately afterward.
