I've discovered there's an order to installation that's critical for Hatch
to work correctly.

1) Install printer drivers
2) Install Hatch
3) Activate the Hatch Chrome extension
4) Configure Evergreen

That, in my experience, maximizes the chances that everything will talk
nicely.
