Are any of those uninstalled lib packages required for nouveau to work for Xorg? Do I go ahead and file a bug on BOO? I searched past 48 months and didn't find any match, open or closed, except for the above 866445 "fixed".
It also happens on nvidia chips using the modeset driver built into Xorg instead of nouveau.
I filed https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=974660 with bisect as best I could placing blame on udev and/or systemd last month (210-43.1; comment 7).
