The book authors are generally critical towards the agile movement - and
rightly so.
Most agile organizations, put mildly, are implementing agile frameworks to
enforce Amber and Orange organizational models (in the Reinventing
Organizations metaphor).

Having said that, I can get you connected to a large Israeli bank,
whose management have decided to turn the entire organization into a truly
agile bank.
They are well into their journey with inspiring success, given the
bureaucratic starting point and the heavily regulated Israeli financial
landscape.
