Dear Tonnie,
what a beautiful example including what you say about how carefully you did
the planning. I like a lot that you gave a full hour to people for their
discussion groups as I feel that anything shorter doesn't really
open enough space/time.

I would love to see the script but don't want you to go through the work of
translating it. If you send it along in Dutch, I will use a translate
feature to be able to follow your thinking.

I am curious about your thinking regarding what went into the form of the
report. I am sure it was deliberately chosen. I usually put more into my
reports including recommendations for the future and immediate next steps.

The form I use depends on if the prioritizing is intended on the report as
a whole, on particular points in the highlights of the discussion in the
report OR if the prioritizing happens on the discussed recommendations for
the future and immediate next steps.

I would love more information from you,

in genuine contact with you,
Birgitt
