Hi Audrey, Thanks! I’m new to this list.. so I hope this email goes only to you. Can you tell me what Bank, and what kind of outcomes happened from the open space event(s) hosted there?
I’m trying to convince leadership that it’s ‘not a waste of time’ to get people to stop working for the day, to attend an open space. I’m and Agile Coach, within the organization - OST fits very well; but our organization is still rather old school as a culture and we need to ‘justify’ everything we do that is ‘new’ to them. If I can list a few examples in a corporate environment about tangible benefits - that would help. Thanks! Mara
