Dear and unforgettable friends,


First, I want to tell you that I will be in the Wosonos Berlin 2023 and that
I hope I can encounter many of you there.



Secondly, I tell you that writing the complete story of what I have lived
here in El Saler, Valencia, Spain, from my arrival on April 1, 2019 would
take me at least one book, a matter that I hope to be able to undertake in
the future.



That is why now I have preferred to do so through a brief metaphor that I
think express very well the synthesis of my experience, which is especially
going from November 2021 until now.



Its title, objectives, subjects, readings and benefits are the following:

Self-taught PHD in positive management of adversity and change



Objectives:



1. Welcome the difficult conditions of life, their evidence and torments.

2. Accept the gifts that are always offered to me.

3. Appreciate the opportunities of action that here and now I have.

4. Loving my own suffering.

1. Sweeping of leaves and various bumps.

2. Meditation 1, 2 and 3.

3. Practice of self - knowledge 1, 2 and 3.

4. Collaboration with various camping maintenance tasks.

5. International customer service 1, 2 and 3.

6. Development of skills to address interpersonal and cultural differences.

7. Stress management 1, 2 and 3.
