Dear Harrison, I'm of course repeating many here, but meeting you in person and the 4-day OST workshop definitely gave a new direction to my life! The only unique contribution here is to remember that it took place in February 2003 in cold and snowy Estonia, where you so graciously appeared being invited by late Mikk Sarv and his colleagues, Robert Oetjen and me as well :) 20 years have passed and OS has been used in Estonia thousands of times. The biggest event took place in 2009 when more than 10000 Estonian people gathered in 500 places to discuss the future of Estonia using OST! :)
