Dear friends in Open Space and Genuine Contact How do you experience group decision making? I mean both in groups you are part of and/or organizations you might work with?
My experience is that there is a common lack of awareness and healthy structures when making decisions in groups and I think we can do better! ------------------------- Are you tired of this? Good people come together, talk things through, seem to reach agreements, but afterwards you realize it's unclear: * What exactly did we decide? * Who makes it happen? * How committed is everyone? If you want, you can change this disempowering pattern.
