Dear friends in Open Space and Genuine Contact How do you experience group decision making? I mean both in groups you are part of and/or organizations you might work with?
My experience is that there is a common lack of awareness and healthy structures when making decisions in groups and I think we can do better! ------------------------- Are you tired of this? Good people come together, talk things through, seem to reach agreements, but afterwards you realize it’s unclear: * What exactly did we decide? * Who makes it happen? * How committed is everyone? If you want, you can change this disempowering pattern. Using 5toFold puts a liberating alternative into your hands. ------------------------- I have gained a lot of experience using Five to Fold decision making (5toFold) in the Genuine Contact community for the past 15+ years and also with clients. It is the time to share this empowering way to make more wise decisions NOW. This summer we offer two occasions where we share about how decision making can contribute to fitness and health in groups and organizations.
