this time for the US, Hoover would never have done this, would've been
Socialism to reflate the economy. See, we use John Maynard Keynes when we need

charge, we are advantaged by doing tariffs as this how Soros, Schwab, Reid
Hoffman, the WEF, and yes, China running policies. Many nations are already
