It predict the non existence of extraterrestrial life not connected with the terrestria one. Sincé the laws of phisics collapsed with the advent fo the first observer, and supposedly with better instruments and more precise instruments, these collapse has affected to smaller details and longer distances. Other non related forms of life collapsed other universes at different times, even the ones with very close or equal laws.
