What I claim is that they are apologists. On the Israel-Palestinian conflict they focus on Israel's atrocities, while ignoring the fact that there is an Islamic group on the other side that openly defends the extermination of all jews and regularly organizes attacks against civilians and then uses their own people as human shields to either protect their military bases or obtain more anti-Israel PR. They also tend to defend Islam, which is by far the most nefarious religion in activity these days. And then providing medical care for the Palestinians who were injured, something that Hamas doesn't seem to care about.
