The fact that it requires two shots 21 days apart makes it even more complicated. The Johnson and Johnson vaccine is more conventional, it uses a harmless virus as a vector to get the genetic material into cells and so it doesn't need such extreme refrigeration, but nobody knows yet if it's as effective as the Pfizer vaccine.
