Oh, I got that, I was simply looking at the advances in digital computing, via 
the delayed rewards of the quantum. Quantum is exciting but it is akin to Linus 
waiting for The Great Pumpkin, in the pumpkin patch.

Actually this is something different, this computer development has nothing to 
do with quantum computers, but a Memristor can  sort of act like a neuron in a 
brain, but then biological brains don't make use of quantum mechanical 
principles either.
