Of course it wasn't actually tried; it was threatened.
I think we should limber up and try out impeaching Supreme court
justices. We could start with Thomas for not recusing himself from
case involving his wife. Then we could go on to Gorsuch and Kavanaugh
and Barrett for lying to the Congress about their views of abortion
rights and stare decisis.
