Ok..
I am just summarizing the POP account handling based on your
explanation, please correct me if i am wrong anywhere :

When i configure any POP account in evo & connect it, it will fetech all
the messages from INBOX of POP account & keep local copy. (I have leave
message option checked).
I have set option in receiving mail option "Check for new message in 1
Minute", so in this case every 1 minute evo will connect to POP server
again & get the update for INBOX & update locally as well.

Let say i want to delete some specific message from server itself from
evo, what is the way to do.

if any one can give me more explanation on the same it will be more
satisfactory.
