For local mbox-format mail, it's normal for Inbox to be a file, even
when it notionally has subfolders (that's what Inbox.sbd represents).

Presumably inside Inbox.sbd but without a more detailed listing we can't
be sure.

I'm afraid I have nothing to contribute regarding OpenSUSE or zypper. I
use Fedora.
