Yes it is 2.32.1. I was hoping I just had some setting incorrectly
selected.

Yes I do save my password. It appears evolution-alarm-notify is running.
$ ps aux | grep evolution-alarm
dalessan  1906  0.0  0.5 536824 16748 ?        SLl  08:48
0:00 /usr/libexec/evolution/2.32/evolution-alarm-notify

If I get some time I'll try building from src with the patch in [2].
