Actually yes it is selected, but the weird thing is if I un-select the other calendars that are there I got a bunch of notifications pop up for the exchange calendar. I then created a test appt in the exchange calendar and it popped up.
I've got some other appts coming up this afternoon, that will be the test as they were created by someone else that I just accepted vs creating locally.
