But notice the reply headers. Also what bugs me is there isn't a space
between the last line and where you said "Hi,".

Aah, I see, you use "Reply Style: Inline (Outlook style)". That makes
sense. It uses the same order of headers as the headers in the preview
panel, thus the dconf-editor trick described earlier will do it too.
