First internet search result for "evolution-ews" "shared mailbox" is https://kb.wisc.edu/page.php?id=28785 . For "Interact with a shared mailbox", it states "You can subscribe to other user's folders (see note below), but even if you have permission to do so, it doesn't seem possible to get their entire mailbox structure at once." (Milan may correct me if that is outdated.)
