I can confirm the Stop button works "better" in some strange way.
If anything goes wrong (my router dies for any yet unresolved reason
sometimes) and I lose connection to my IMAP servers, the Cancel and
Cancel All buttons do not work as expected for me. Hitting Stop until it
gets grayed out and Send/Receive again works.
(Cancel All even leaves the Send/Receive window open, doing nothing and
telling me so...)
